4.1 Service Description: TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd provides professional cleaning services, including residential and commercial cleaning
4.2 Payment Terms: Payments for residential services are due upon issue of invoice, prior to commencement of work. Failure to do so will result in services cancelled or postponed. Payments for commercial services are due within 7 days upon issue of invoice. We accept cash, bank transfer, direct deposit, direct debit, visa, mastercard & American Express (card processing fee of 1.7% + 30cents).
4.3 Service Delivery: We will make every effort to deliver our cleaning services within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur, and we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.
5. Booking and Payment
5.1 Booking: To book our services, you must provide us with the required information, including the date and time of service, location, and any specific service requirements. Bookings can be made via phone or email.
5.2 Confirmation: Once we receive your booking request, a site inspection is required to provide an accurate quote. If a site inspection is unavailable, we may accept photos of the area or items to be cleaned. We are unable to provide our services if neither a site inspection or photos are provided. We will then issue a quotation.
5.3 Binding Contract: Upon acceptance of our quotation we will issue an invoice, forming a binding contract.
6. Photos for Quoting and Service Discrepancies
6.1 Use of Photos for Quoting: To provide an accurate quote for our cleaning services, TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd may request photos of the area or items to be cleaned. These photos help us assess the scope of work and provide a preliminary estimate.
6.2 Accuracy of Photos: It is your responsibility to ensure that the photos you provide accurately represent the condition and extent of the work required. Any discrepancies between the photos and the actual condition of the property or items may impact the service we can provide.
6.3 Discrepancies and Service Completion: If, upon arrival, our staff find that the actual condition of the property or items differs significantly from the photos provided or from what was expected during a site inspection, TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to:
- 6.3.1 Adjust the Quote: We may need to adjust the original quote to reflect the true scope of work. This may result in additional charges.
- 6.3.2 Refuse Service: If the discrepancies are substantial and affect our ability to complete the service as planned, we may be unable to proceed with the service. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss potential solutions.
6.4 Additional Charges: Any additional charges resulting from discrepancies between the photos or site inspection details and the actual work will be communicated to you before proceeding with the service. You will have the option to accept the revised quote or cancel the service.
6.5 Client Responsibility: Whether using photos or a site inspection, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your ability. TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is not liable for any delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided.

8. User Rights and Responsibilities

Failure to do so will result in the automatic cessation of work.
9.2 Preparation: You must prepare the property for cleaning by removing any personal items, valuables, and breakable objects. TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd is not liable for any damage to items that are not properly secured or removed before our staff arrives.
9.3 Notification of Issues: If there are any issues or special instructions related to the property or the services to be provided, you must inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or limitations on the scope of our services.
10. Termination of Services
10.1 Termination by Us: TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services at any time, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, or if we are unable to continue providing the services due to circumstances beyond our control.
10.2 Termination by You: You may terminate our services at any time by providing at least 24 hours' notice to TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd. Any fees or charges incurred up to the date of termination will remain payable. Upon termination, TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd will cease providing the services, but any outstanding obligations or liabilities will survive termination.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
11.1 Cancellations by You: To cancel a scheduled service, you must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 100%.
11.2 Rescheduling by You: To reschedule a service, you must provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
11.3 Cancellations by Us: TJT Cleaning Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule the service or issue a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible.
12. Quality and Complaints
12.1 Quality of Service: We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and rectify any issues reported.

12.3 Resolution: If a complaint is upheld, we may offer a re-cleaning, a discount on future services, or a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint and at our discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 General Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TJT Cleaning Sercies Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.2 Service Liability: Our liability for any direct damages arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service that caused the damage. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, regardless of their nature.
